Amit Singh is a Staff Content Designer at Intuit, working as a full-stack practitioner across design, research, and strategy to solve complex financial problems.

Across Expedia, PayPal, and Ola, he has scaled experiences for hundreds of millions of users—from driving 200M+ app downloads to redesigning India’s leading ridesharing app and building global payroll tax systems.

A self-described “sense-maker” and logician, Amit specializes in highly regulated spaces, where clarity is critical. His work includes building legal content frameworks for insurance and designing CFPB-compliant account upgrades.

Today, he’s focused on the frontier of the craft: designing GenAI systems with engineering teams, training large language models (LLMs), and shaping how AI systems make decisions, not just what they say. His work explores how content designers can move from writing interfaces to defining the logic, guardrails, and behaviors behind them.

Amit previously joined Button as a panelist in 2021. This time, he’s back to challenge what content design looks like in a world where interfaces are no longer screens—but systems.
