Claudia Francesca Mueller leads content design and localization at Trusted Shops, where she also serves as AI Ambassador for Product and Technology. She works at the intersection of language, UX, and AI — designing multilingual language systems that help digital products communicate clearly across cultures and markets. She is deeply curious about how generative AI can make multilingual product experiences feel native rather than translated.

With a background in journalism, Claudia brings a storyteller’s instinct to content strategy. She co-organizes Future of Content meetups in Amsterdam and is a regular speaker and moderator at international industry events. Based in Amsterdam, she navigates daily life in four languages and spends her downtime hunting for treasures in vintage stores.
