Jonathan McFadden makes sense of the nonsensical as a staff content designer who relishes untangling complex information problems while obsessing over the tiniest details. He most recently worked at Block, where he designed behavior, fallbacks, and failure states for Square's LLM-powered voice ordering agent as part of a cross-functional Applied AI team. When he's not searching for his next opportunity, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, teaching a weekly Bible study, and pushing ahead on the sci-fi novel he recently registered for copyright.
