Lena Shyryna

Lena is a Product Experience & Content Designer working on Kyiv Digital, a public service app used by over 4 million people in Kyiv, Ukraine. She also worked on UX and content design for the Ukrainian Railways app.

With over 18 years of experience in writing and editing, she now focuses on product strategy, UX, and communication. She helps teams turn complex systems into clear, human experiences, from push notifications to end-to-end user journeys.

Based in Kyiv, Ukraine, Lena shapes product logic for real-world, high-stakes situations where clarity directly impacts people’s decisions and safety.

Outside of work, she explores storytelling through writing and acting, often finding her best ideas on long walks through the city or in quiet moments with a cup of ginger tea.
