With endless AI tools and limited time, the real challenge is knowing where to focus. Fighting the hype to figure out which tools are actually useful can be frustrating and time-consuming. And sometimes it’s hard to identify which problems or processes AI can really help improve.
This hands-on workshop is built around a powerful delegation framework for AI processes and tools in content design to give you clarity and control. You’ll learn how to identify precisely what tasks to offload to AI and where your strategic human skills are more critical than ever. We’ll put the framework into practice immediately, using AI for your most central use cases. You’ll leave with newfound confidence not only to start using AI tools right away, but with a framework for future exploration and decision-making.
You’ll learn:
- A practical framework to decide which tasks to delegate to AI and which to reserve for your human expertise.
- Techniques for using AI as a creative sparring partner to uncover edge cases, simplify complex topics, and get critical feedback on your writing.
- How to leverage advanced AI features for practical work, including building your own custom GPT and performing deep, topic-based research.
