This year’s Button was full of stories about change: new tools, new workflows, new expectations, new org structures. But we know the speakers aren’t the only ones facing massive change. You are, too.
Join Active Voice’s Sara Wachter-Boettcher and Jen Dionisio as they unpack all the chaos and contradictions happening on content teams right now—and then show you how to stop "waiting for things to calm down," and instead find the courage to make bold moves, right now.
You’ll leave with the tools you need to ignore the hype, keep your hope, and navigate whatever 2026 throws at us with confidence.

Sara Wachter-Boettcher knows there’s more to being a leader than climbing the ladder. She focuses on helping people build sustainable careers while staying true to their values, increase self-trust, and set healthy boundaries. She works with folks of all genders, with extra focus on women and gender non-conforming folks, and brings an intersectional feminist lens to her coaching work.
Sara founded Active Voice in 2020 after running a UX consultancy for nearly a decade. She earned an Associate Certified Coach designation from the International Coaching Federation, and has had additional training in both trauma-informed coaching and team coaching.
Jen Dionisio loves helping fellow design and tech professionals launch new chapters of their lives with intention and purpose. If you’re changing jobs, settling into a new company, trying to build confidence in a more senior role, or hoping to restore balance to your personal and professional life, Jen’s got your back.
Jen comes to coaching from a deep background in content strategy and UX, most recently as the director of content strategy for a large consultancy. She completed her coach training at Leadership that Works, and currently holds the Associate Certified Coach designation from the ICF. She’s had additional training in team coaching, parts work, and coaching neurodiverse clients.
