Torrey Podmajersky specializes in UX content for global organizations, having previously worked at Xbox, Windows, Google, and Offerup. She authored Strategic Writing for UX (O’Reilly Media, 2019). She mentors, teaches, and speaks about UX content. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, art, and spending time with her husband and cats at their Puget Sound home.
Annette Chu is a content designer and the founder of UX & Content Los Angeles, a local monthly meetup group she started after attending Button 2023. Through her work building a design community, she's hosted meetups with free book giveaways, guest speakers, and casual product mixers. She currently lives in Los Angeles. When she's not working, Annette loves baking cakes and collecting wax seal stamps.
Anna Potapova is the Staff Content Strategist & User Researcher at AliExpress, Alibaba’s global e-commerce platform. She leads her team in crafting buyer-facing content, developing AI-powered content tools, and driving user research for the design organization.In 2024, Anna co-founded Content Designers China, a community where content professionals connect through monthly virtual events, collaborate on industry challenges, and discover career opportunities.
Anna has been a guest on podcasts like Content Strategy Insights, Writers of Silicon Valley, and Localization Leaders. She’s also spoken at industry events like Button, Growing in Content, and UX Evenings @ Google.
When she’s offline, you’ll find her struggling through French verb conjugations, laughing at cult classic films with friends, or training for her next open-water swimming competition.
Melinda Belcher has a knack for simplifying the complex and optimizing for efficiency. With over two decades of experience in brand strategy, sales enablement, and product design, Melinda has worked with esteemed organizations such as Salesforce, IBM, AT&T, and Mastercard.
Currently, Melinda heads up content across all payments portals for the Corporate & Investment Bank at JPMorganChase. In 2018, Melinda co-founded the UX Content Design NYC Meetup and regularly speaks at conferences such as Confab, Enterprise Experience, and LavaCon.
