You know you need to test your content and what it’s going to take: time, resources, and buy-in. But just getting started can feel overwhelming. Who do you talk to? What should you measure? How can you be sure results will actually bring about change?

This workshop will provide you with a clear roadmap to plan for, conduct, and create change with strategic content testing. We’ll also focus on learning specific content testing methods — including hands-on practice and support — giving you the content testing tools you need to hit the ground running the very next day.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:

  • Craft a persuasive argument and articulate the value of content testing to stakeholders.
  • Define clear objectives for what you want to test and why.
  • Develop a robust research plan that outlines testing methodology, target audience, and success metrics.
  • Choose the best type of testing and when to combine them.
  • Decide when and how AI can support your work, from ideation to creating rapid coded prototyping.
  • Synthesize your testing data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Evaluate and apply post-launch metrics to articulate the role of your content in product outcomes.
