Charlie Boydell-Smith is a lead content designer at Bupa in the UK. He started in advertising, before working in user-centered design teams in higher education and the UK government. Charlie lives on the edge of the Lake District in northwest England and spends most of his spare time in the countryside, cooking or trying to pick out flavor profiles in wine.
