Danielle Small is a staff content designer at Airbnb. Previously, they lead the Pinner content design team and created Twitter’s trauma-informed content design framework, which helped transform the Trust & Safety org. Before they got into content design, they earned a B.S. in Journalism at the New School University and crafted strategy and messaging for Fortune 500 companies, startups, agencies, and nonprofits.
