Kristina is a content design leader, AI strategist, and proud content systems nerd. She’s spent her career making complex products understandable—and now, how to make AI do the same. She’s spent 10+ years helping teams scale content across complex products. At Avalara, she leads AI content design, building the frameworks, prompts, and governance that power product and developer documentation at scale. She’s previously led global content, design, and research teams at IBM and Acoustic, and still gets way too excited about standards, voice, and reusable content.In her free time, she hikes, cooks, and hangs out with her husband and two kids (9 and 5). At any given moment, there’s a good chance the Grateful Dead is playing.
