Laura Lopez

Laura Lopez is a content designer at Spotify. She partners with designers, product managers, and engineers to craft inclusive, accessible, and usable product experiences for millions of users.

Outside of work, Laura is a design mentor, passionate about supporting Black, Indigenous, and fellow Brown folks new to design in navigating their careers. Most recently, Laura started a podcast with 4 of her content design friends, aptly named Content Design with Friends, which features honest conversations about UX, design, and the people behind the words.

Before that, she worked in design in highly-regulated industries including government, finance, real estate, and mortgage.

Laura is also an avid funk and soul record collector and DJ, and has DJ’ed on 3 continents. She lives in Washington, D.C.
